We are running this as a fundraiser workshop to support MAPS’s mission of using art as a tool for engagement with refugee, migrant and underserved youths.

Looking for something to do on the days school is closed? Join us for a partial day of art-making! We will dive head first into the creative world of MAPS as we paint, draw, make, sing and tell stories. Art will be examined and discussed, music will be listened to and created, stories will be read and told and fun will abound! Please send your child with lunch, snacks, water and anything else they might need (medications, etc.). We will have so much fun!

Time: 9am-2pm

Where: East Village Community School (EVCS is located on the Lower East Side in Manhattan at 185 1st Avenue)

Price: $30/hr = $150*/day per student *3% service fee added online

Age: We run this workshop in the style of a one-room-schoolhouse, so any age between K-5th grade
