Remote Learning Videos

Looking for some art projects for your kids? We have created several series of art tutorial videos (some with a story component) that we are making available for FREE. If you watch these videos and can afford to donate, we ask that you do - every donation allows us to continue creating free, publicly available content like this.

This is a video created for the Allentown Art Museum and asks the question “What is a Museum?” We used interviews from various staff members to answer this question, along with providing two art projects for students to enjoy.

These are four video curricula along with written lesson plans sponsored by the Aspen Art Museum. The videos were used by teachers in Colorado with their students. The work that the students created was shown in the main galleries at the Aspen Art Museum in April 2023. More than 1,000 works were on view at the Aspen Art Museum! MAPS and Poncili Creación collaborated as curators on the exhibit. The videos are also translated into Spanish by our amazing collaborators, Alejandra Badillo and John Salazar and the music was composed by Diva Smith.

Sylva will show you around the park and you will get to make two different art projects using paper, recycled collage materials, markers and glue or tape. Once you are done, check out some of Sylva’s favorite books, which can be found at the NYPL.
