New Marbourough Elementary School
MAPS began working with this small preK-3rd public elementary school in 2023 and we continued this year! In the fall, we worked with all students in the school, using arts integration to teach grade-level science standards as well as concepts from the visual arts, music and dance. As always, our focus is on making the learning process fun and engaging for children, and these students were filled with joy and wonder as they made masks and puppets, wrote songs and played instruments, created 2D artworks to fill the schools walls and invented choreography to perform with their creations.
