Join us in this remote workshop on a cozy journey into the world of art and stories! We will look at both historic and contemporary artists for inspiration as we dive into our own art-making.

All proceeds from this workshop support MAPS’s outreach work. We are programming with multiple organizations to provide arts programming for children in need such as Newcomer Academy, a public school for refugee and migrant youths with no funding for the arts along with PS172, a Title 1 Public School in Brooklyn. Ages: This workshop is run as a “one-room-schoolhouse” to include siblings. We welcome kids ages 4 years to 12 years! If you have questions about ages, email us!

Materials: Any art supplies you have at home are great! We recommend a combination of watercolors, oil pastels or crayons, markers, sharpie, scissors, tape, glue!
