Summer Program with Newcomer Academy!

 We continued our work with Newcomer Academy, a one-year school for newly arrived refugee, immigrant and migrant students in Allentown, PA.

In the summer of 2024 we worked with all grades of Newcomer Students to provide art workshops during their summer school.  These workshops included a papermaking series by expert MAPS teaching artist, Jill Odegaard, and a collage and textile series by MAPS teaching artist, Rei Ukon.
