Time Keepers
Time Keepers is a puppet production created by Rachel Sherk with an original score by Aaron Rourk. The first two iterations were performed at the 14Y in Manhattan and supported by LABA in May 2015 and December 2015. The third and final version was a community arts project working to bring together generations. It was performed at Cornwall Manor Retirement Community in Pennsylvania in February 2017.
Time Keepers tells the story of Loon's journey between the Land Under the Sun and The Land Under the Moon. Along the way Loon meets the Time Keepers, magical creatures who live on the stars and who help Loon discover new friends in diverse places. Loon, with help from the Time Keepers, brings together the Sun and the Moon creating an unified land where both daytime and nighttime creatures can happily live together.
