Join us for an ongoing exploration of art-making across many disciplines!  In these weekend drop-off workshops for kids we be delving into an array of artistic media, including painting, sculpture, drawing, print-making, textiles and conceptual arts.  We will also study art history by investigating artists from the past and present as we utilize form, color, shape and artistic ideas as tools for creative expression. Children will gain experience in examining their own artwork as they create artist statements, title their work, and engage in positively-bent group critics of their finished pieces. In working alongside their peers, as well as observing and discussing each others’ work, your children will each be integral members of a tight knit community of artists and friends.
